As soon as you decide upon the package that suits your needs/budget you will receive a Welcome email from AdGeeks.
Inside the email you’ll receive a Project Brief and all the steps needed to get started.
Upon purchasing you should receive a welcome email titled ‘AdGeeks Confirmation of Purchase! Next Steps…’
If you’ve checked your folders and waited up to 30minutes and you still don’t have your welcome email, then please drop our AdGeeks an email at adgeeks@wearepurpledog.co.uk letting us know which Industry & Package you purchased and we will get it sorted for you.
You will receive a Project Brief asking for the following information:
When purchasing a package from AdGeeks you will be required to complete a Project Brief Form.
A Project Brief allows us to capture the details we need in order to fulfill your order – such as, the product/service you wish to promote, your ideal customer characteristics, images or videos to use in your Ad Campaign(s), links where you want to send people, etc.
We recommend allowing at least 15 minutes to complete your Project Brief.
Yes.
Upon receipt of your Project Brief one of our Ad Geeks will email you a personalised Google Drive Folder where you can easily upload the creatives you wish to use in your Ad Campaign(s).
Yes. You don’t need to write anything, we’ll take care of this for you.
However, when it comes to completing your Project Brief, the more we know about your business and the service/product(s) you are promoting, the better we can craft the Ad Copy for your Ad Campaign(s).
If there are details you absolutely want to include in your ads, or don’t want to include, you can let us know by adding this into the ‘Anything Else To Share’ section in the Project Brief.
We include 2 revisions within your package before the final approval stage.
Once ads are approved and have gone live, or if you want more revisions, we can do them at an additional cost per revision.
To avoid revisions (and delays in starting your ads), it’s therefore important that you provide us with as much detail as possible in your Project Brief.
Upon receipt of your Project Brief you can expect your Ad Campaign(s) to go live within approximately 6-7 working days.
Any delays in receiving your Project Brief, or in the approval of content, will result in delays in your ad(s) going live.
No.
You will let us know inside of your Project Brief how much Daily Ad Spend you would like us to add to your Ad Campaign(s).
Facebook will bill the credit/debit card that you have registered with them.
If you need to find out where to find your Billing and Payments inside your Facebook Ads Manager you can follow the instructions in the link below…

We do not guarantee results, and no ethical professional agency can, or should, guarantee results.
Why?
Because ads are only a piece of the puzzle.
We’re extremely proud of the service we provide our customers.
However, if you feel that there is something that we could have done better when working on your Package, please do let us know and we will endeavour to rectify any issues that we can.
It’s important to reiterate that we do not guarantee the results of your Ad Campaigns and are not responsible for their performance.
We use Stripe and therefore all major credit/debit cards are accepted.
If you cannot see the answer to your question above, then please reach out to our AdGeeks Team by emailing adgeeks@wearepurpledog.co.uk
