Step 1
You will receive a welcome email from AdGeeks titled ‘AdGeeks Confirmation of Purchase! Next Steps…’
If you cannot find it in your Inbox:
- Check your Promotions and Spam folders. Also please allow up to 30mins for the email to come through.
- If you still do not see it, then please get in touch at adgeeks@wearepurpledog.co.uk
Step 2
This isn’t really a step, but more of something to be aware of.
- If you see a warning sign (like in the image below) when you open our welcome email, please note that it’s perfectly SAFE for you to go ahead and hit the Looks Safe button.
- We do apolgise if you receive this warning – but it’s a Google thing!
Step 3
Your email will contain a Project Brief Form.
- It’s important that you complete the form and submit your Project Brief as soon as possible
- As soon as it’s received our AdGeeks can get to work on your Facebook & Instagram Advertising Campaigns.
